Time with your Tamamon

Tamamon Focus records focus time, helps your companion grow, and lets you decorate its room. No app account is required. Available companions, rooms and purchases can differ by app version and store. Check the details shown in your app.

Focus time and flower seeds

Saved focus time adds to your companion's growth. Breaks do not count; ending early saves the time you have spent focusing. Each companion keeps its own time and stories, while flower seeds and the room are shared.

Earn flower seeds by focusing and use them for furnishings in the app. Paid seed top-ups and random eggs are not currently sold. The seed cost is shown before you apply a furnishing. Previews and cancellation do not spend seeds.

Buying and restoring collections

In versions offering purchases, check the product contents, price and currency on the store's payment screen before buying. Current collections are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. Apple or Google processes purchases through its store.

If a collection you bought is missing, use Restore purchases in Purchases with the same store account you used to buy it. Purchases do not transfer between stores. Restoring a purchase checks access to content; it does not recover deleted focus time or growth.

Apps installed through the App Store are also licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

Refunds and purchase problems

Refunds follow the purchasing store's process and the consumer protections that apply in your region. See Apple's refund instructions or Google Play's refund guidance for how to request one.

If you paid but a collection will not open, contact us with your app version and the error shown. Passwords, verification codes and card details are not needed. Access to the content may change after a refund or purchase cancellation is confirmed.

Keeping your progress

Focus, growth and room records are stored on your device. Cross-device sync and recovery from a developer server are not provided. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage on Android can delete records. Contact us before uninstalling if something goes wrong.

iPhone device backup and restoration follow your iOS settings. The privacy policy explains retention and deletion.

Privacy and optional usage sharing

Usage sharing is optional. Analytics starts only after you separately agree to analytics and Google's overseas processing. Declining or stopping sharing keeps focus, growth and decorating available. Read the usage sharing notice for data categories, retention and deletion requests.

Changes and help

Important changes to features or these terms will be announced in the app or on this website with their effective date. Changes affecting paid content will be handled in line with purchaser rights and the store's rules. These terms do not limit consumer rights protected by applicable law.
